We pride ourselves in the quality
of our products. Every effort is taken to assure
our products are working properly before they
leave our manufacturing facilities.
Of course none of this is any consolation
if your Zektor product needs servicing. If this
is the case we apologize for your inconvenience
and will do our best to get your product repaired
or replaced and back to you as soon as possible.
The preferred method of requesting
an RMA (Return to Manufacturer Authorization)
number, is to use the form below. In an effort
to make our repair services more reliable we've
created this form that sends email directly to
our service department using an unpublished email
address, removing the need to filter your RMA
request from junk email.

email published on the net (such as ours) will
quickly be inundated with junk mail, so please
place "Request for RMA" somewhere in
the subject to allow your request to stand out,
as we sort through our email.
